The Nike Air Tech Challenge IV is also known as the ‘Agassi’. After their original release in 1991, various models of this fourth edition of the Air Tech Challenge have been released but till this day, the Agassi model has been the most appealing and buzz worthy. It features a splash of tie-dye on the back panels and the airbrushed midsole, nothing like any other ordinary tennis shoe out at that time.
The Air Tech Challenge IV also showed off a visible air window in the airbrushed midsole. Instead of the usual swoosh featured on its sneakers, Nike decorated the side panels.
Mid-cuts and low-cuts of this shoe were released throughout the years. In 2000, Nike reissued them in one colorway.
