The Nike Dunk Low Pro SB - Skate or Die (Black / Neon Yellow) derives its inspiration and colors from the 1987 Skate or Die video game artwork. The game featured two ramp events, the freestyle ramp and the high jump, two downhill events, the downhill race (in a park setting) and the downhill jam (in a street setting), and the pool joust. The Skate or Die game was released in 1987 by Electronic Arts for the ZX Spectrum, Commodore 64, Atari ST, MS-DOS, Apple IIgs and Amstrad CPC consoles. The Nike Dunk SB - Skate or Die shoe itself features swirls, shapes and colors extracted from the actual cover of the video game case. They feature leather on the toe box and the side panel surrounded by vibrant aqua blue suede finished with a neon yellow swoosh.
