The Nike Dunk High Premium SB Paul Urich - black / white features nice detailing on the shoes, including wood print on the side panels with multi-colored pinstripes on the heel of the shoe. It also features nubuck leather on the eyelet tabs, suede on the toe box, premium leather on the side panels, and toe box. The insoles features designs of Skull Feather graphics. These were the first Nike Dunk SB High released in 2007, and were designed by artist/skateboarder Paul Urich, hence the nickname of the shoe.
