The Nike Dunk Low Premium SB Hawaii – black / black – deep orange was made for the people of Hawaii, and out of respect to Pele, the Hawaiian Goddess of Volcanoes. It is a symbol of Hawaii, and the insole features a picture of Pele with writing above her which states “Ka wahine `ai honua”, the woman who devours the land. The outline of the island is stitched onto the heel of the Nike Dunk Low Hawaii. It features a black suede upper with red contrast stitching, and black patent leather around the orange toebox area.
