The Nike Dunk Low Pro SB – Medicom 3 / 3M Reflector is the 3rd collaboration between Nike SB and Medicom Bearbrick. They feature a 3M reflective Scotchlite material with retro-reflection, which works by reflecting objects by returning light rays directly to their original light source. You had to be a member of their website to even get a chance to buy these.
