The Nike Dunk Low Pro SB - Takashi (black / metallic gold / black) was released in March 2003 alongside the:

They feature a simple black upper constructed from suede and leather, and were designed by Takashi Hosokawa. The distinctive gold swoosh sets these off and is the most noticeable feature of the shoe.
