The original colorway of the New Balance 577 was navy/ grey.? It was first released in in 1989, and is still an important part of the NB running collection, especially in the UK, where its design has not been tampered with, and has a large following.
In 2002, it was reissued into the European market in six different colorways of full- grain leather. It was then introduced into the Japanese market in four more colorways. During the 90?s this model was produced for the Israeli army in a black/ charcoal colorway.
