Throwback 2004 - Nike Dunk Low Pro SB - Medicom 1

The Nike Dunk Low Pro SB - Medicom 1 (white / college blue) is a collaboration with Nike SB and Medicom, a Japanese toy company. It features an all white leather upper with blue accents, including the Nike swoosh and heel tab. The orange Nike logo on the back, and the orange outline around the check are nice touches. These are extremely rare, as you had to be a member of the Medicom website to even have a chance of buying these. They feature the Medicom logo on the heel of the shoe. Throwback 1995 - Air Jordan 11 (XI) Original (OG) - Black / True Red - White

It’s only right to look at the past to understand the history and true essence on the Air Jordan legacy. With that said, let’s take a look back at the original (OG) pair of Air Jordan 11 which released back in 1995 and understand the hype and craze lurking behind the package to be released on the day after Christmas. On December 26, the Air Jordan fans will be going through mass hysteria to acquire the Air Jordan 11 / 12 Countdown Package which practically is the most anticipated package scheduled to release. The color-ways confirmed are as follows:

The Air Jordan 11 (XI) Original (OG) - Black / True Red - White were released in April 1995 and retailed for $125. They feature a black upper, with a white midsole, and translucent red outsole, which was a highly noticeable feature of the shoe. Other features and specs include patent leather at the base of the upper, a carbon fiber spring plate, ballistic nylon uppers, a Huarache inner sleeve, quick lace system, carbon fiber sheath and air sole. They were inspired by a tuxedo, and knowing that, it is quite evident in the design. They were also the second lightest of all the Air Jordans at the time of their release.

This was Nike SB’s third all suede dunk high, this one featured a variety of green shades hence the Nike Dunk SB Hulk nickname. The colors were designed by Todd Jordan. Like the Nike Dunk Low Pro SB - Bison, they were initially looked passed but now are highly sought by collectors and fanatics alike.

Air Jordan 4 (IV) Retro 1999 - Black / Cement GreyHere is an exclusive throwback from 1999 when the Air Jordan 4 (IV) Retro 1999 - Black / Cement Grey were released to the public for the second time in Air Jordan history. With another release set for July 2008, this Air Jordan 4 (IV) will be part of the Air Jordan countdown package #6 along with a pair of Air Jordan 19 (XIX). They will retail for the usual $310 and will arouse the same feelings within collectors: “Why can’t I only buy one pair!?” The shoe itself features an all black upper with plastic grated mesh on the sides as well as on the bottom of the tongue near the toe area. It also features a sole which consists of grey, white and red. It has a visible air sole unit at the heel, and although overall it holds a simple design, it is highly sought after by true Air Jordan fanatics.
