Nike Zoom Rookie Dynamic Blue/Cool Grey

Back in January, we announced the release of the Nike Zoom Rookie in Dynamic Blue/Cool Grey. That day has slowly creeped up on us and the new Penny Hardaway inspired sneaker is hitting retailers. The dynamic blue color coats the panles on the upper, while cool grey is reserved for the textiles and mesh A black carbon fiber plate peeks out from below, while an icy outsole finishes up the deal. The Nike Zoom Rookie is available now at select retailers, including Mr. R Sports.

Nike Air Flight One “Orlando” QS

All-Star February has been an incredible month so far, and it just keeps getting better. Seen here is the Nike Air Flight One “Orlando”. Set to release around the NBA All-Star weekend, the model ties in perfectly to one of the Orlando Magic’s most popular players, Penny Hardaway. Dressed in a mixed white and black upper, the model is highlighted with royal blue; a color pallette that perfectly fits the magic’s jerseys. Considering this is a Quickstrike model, you can expect these to be gone fairly quickly when the release at select retailers on February 23.

Alongside the Nike Air Foamposite One, Nike Sportswear will be celebrating All-Star weekend with a special silhouette from one of Orlando’s most popular players, Penny Hardaway. The Nike Air Flight One will be released in two colorways, one of which being the glow-in-the-dark model seen up above. The model features a mostly grey upper with glow-in-the-dark panels on the outsole and midsole spheres. Considering all the All-Star related sneakers to hit the web this week, how do the Nike Air Flight One QS stack up? Look for the Nike Air Flight One QS to release at select retailers and NikeStore.com on February 23.

Nike Air Foamposite One “Galaxy” Official Images

Yesterday we found out that the Nike Air Foamposite One “Galaxy” would make its way to the streets on February 24th thanks to a little bird names Twitter and the @NikeStore. No sooner said than done, new images of the space inspired sneaker have hit the web.

According to Nike:

The Nike Foamposite One, showcasing an out-of-this-world galactic print upper, includes a Polyurethane midsole and a Nike Zoom unit in heel for low-profile, responsive cushioning. Made popular in its debut on the college hardwood in 1998, the Foamposite breaks the mold of conventional footwear design.
The collection will be available at select retailers and NikeStore.com from February 23.

Nike Basketball 2012 NBA All-Star Game Collection

Nike Basketball took some time out of the day to officially unveil their 2012 NBA All-Star Game Collection and it looks great. The shoes drop includes three silhouettes that are given a bit of an intergalactic spark thanks to an Air & Space theme that is complete with a glow in the dark outsole.

Included in the drop are the Nike Zoom KD 4, Nike LeBron 9 and Nike Zoom Kobe 7 and each one features a very solid colorway with a vibrant outsole. Each shoe also incorporates orange and silver in some fashion to future push the astronaut theme to its limit. Look for these to hit retailers on February 24 and expect to see more images before then.

Nike Air Foamposite One “Galaxy” Release Date

Midnight on 2/24 is going to have the entire sneaker community glued to their computers, as Nike has just announced via twitter that the heavily sought after Galaxy Foamposite sneaker will be hitting Nike Store at midnight. The pair has been the talk of the town ever since they hit at an event late last year and have been sought after by Nike Air Foamposite One fans. Nike Air Flight 89 – Black / White

The other day we took a look at the Nike Air Flight ’89 “True Blue”, which is said to inspired by the Air Jordan 3 Retro “True Blue”. Today we’re seeing a much more subtle design in the classic Nike Air Flight 89 basketball silhouette.

Black leather dominates the upper, with micro perforated leather on the toe for ventilation purposes. Contrasting the dark look are touches of white on the top lacing holes, Nike swoosh, and midsole. Find the sneakers now at shops including Concepts.

Nike Air Max Barkley “Phoenix Suns”

Back in December we showed you guys the Nike Air Max Barkley – White / White – Old Royal – Gym Red, and today we’re seeing a new version of the Nike Air Max Barkley silhouette. The shoe features a “Phoenix Suns” colorway, a team that Sir Charles played for.

The shoe utilizes a predominantly black upper constructed from leather,along with micro-perforated portions for breathability. Contrasting the somber design are white, purple, and orange accents, which match the colorway of the Phoenix Suns jerseys. Find these now at Nike accounts including Boston-based Concepts.

We’ve already come to terms with the fact that this feature will definitely stir up plenty of heated debates, but we’re going to bring it to you anyway. 2010 and 2011 were big years for the Nike Air Foamposite One and Nike Air Foamposite Pro. Unlike Air Jordans, Nike rarely retros any of the colorways, aside from the original neon royal blue colorway, but that’ cool because that leaves room for even more discussion when it comes to ranking them.

We’ve compiled a list of the top 15 colorways in the Nike Air Foamposite, and trust us when we tell you that this was a difficult task! With so many dope colorways, both more recently and in years past, it was hard to put one color scheme ahead of another. Nike Air Flight ’89 “True Blue” (Another Look)

Yesterday we previewed the Nike Air Flight ’89 “True Blue”, which is supposedly inspired by the classic Air Jordan 3 Retro “True Blue”.

Nike Sportswear re-creates the classic look, as this version of the Nike air Flight ’89 sports a predominantly white leather upper, which is contrasted with royal blue, wolf grey, and touches of red.

The “True Blue” inspired Nike Flight ’89 is now available for purchase via select NSW retailers nationwide.

Nike Zoom Kobe 7 – Black / Purple – Red

Lately all the talk has surrounded the Nike Sportswear Black History Month Collection, which includes a pair of Nike Zoom Kobe 7 “Black History Month”. Today we’ve come across an image of a new colorway that is slated to release sometime this year.

The shoe features a unique look, which utilizes several tones including black, purple, and red. More specifically, there is a fade from a rich purple up front to a more bluish-based purple, while black servs as a base color, and a white Nike swoosh provides plenty of contrast. A similar gradient effect is also applied to the heel counter, as well as the molded midsole. Stay tuned in for more information about these as time passes.

Nike Air Huarache Free – White / Team Red

Slated to drop at Nike retailers is this new colorway in the Nike Air Huarache Free. The low-top silhouette is seen here sporting a predominantly white base, while team red accents are seen on the inner bootie and shoe laces.

The upper is constructed from a combination of materials including leather, mesh, and neoprene, all the while resting atop a white Nike Free sole. Look for these to drop in March at shops including End.

Nike Air Foamposite One “Galaxy”

Remember last year when we saw the Nike Air Foamposite One “Galaxy All-Star”? Though the model seen here still retains the name, the previous model seemed to focus more on the white space in space as opposed to the blue space in space. Either way, the rumor mills are churning, and there is plenty of speculation that this model will be hitting shelves on Feb 25, just in time for All-Star. We have yet to confirm any of this info, but we though we would at least get you up to speed on all the rumors. What are your thoughts on the “new” Nike Air Foamposite One “Galaxy”? Nike Air Foamposite One “Electrolime” (Another Look)

This upcoming Saturday, February 4th, we will see the release of the Nike Air Foamposite One “Metallic Red”. Next month, the Nike Air Foamposite One “Electrolime” will officially drop.

The shoe features a Golden State Warriors-theme, sporting a vibrant yellow foam upper, which is contrasted with black nubuck along the eyestay, as well as the mesh tongue. The same electrolime tone is seen on the Nike swoosh, as well as the detailing on the tongue and heel.

Finishing off the look is a translucent sole. Look for these to drop at Nike accounts on Saturday, March 17th and retail for $220.
