We have been posting news about the latest shoe in the Kobe Bryant signature shoe line, and we now have some clearer, more detailed pictures. This pair of Nike Zoom Kobe IV4’s feature a black upper, along with purple and gold accents, as well as a transparent outsole, which is always adored by fanatics. They are slated to release in January 2009, and will retail for $120. via SoleCollector.com

With Kobe Bryant being the face of the new Nike Hyperdunk shoe, it is only right that he have his own special made colorways, and Nike plans to do that. This upcoming Fall, they plan on releasing two special colorways dedicated to this year’s NBA MVP. One features a black/varsity purple-pro gold and the other a white/pro gold varsity purple. Here we feature some beautiful sneakers, which were created by Nike to commemorate Kobe Bryant’s amazing MVP season. They feature a black leather upper, a white midsole, gold and purple accents, as well as MVP written across the back in large gold print. One of the inner soles feature Kobe’s silhouette and his stats for this past season, while the other also features his silhouette along with his name and jersey number. Although Los Angeles Superstar Kobe Bryant has been the face of the Nike Hyperdunk since its launch, let’s not forget that he still has his own signature on the side, and the latest version, the Nike Zoom Kobe IV is slated to release in January 2009. We have an exclusive pic of the shoe, which will feature Nike’s new Flywire technology, as well as Nike’s lunar foam. This new technology not only adds a totally new kind of support but also an original graphic look to the product. The Flywire threads are placed in strategic spots, which lend support but not weight. As you can probably tell, Nike has made Kobe Bryant the center of the Nike HyperDunk campaign. If you don’t agree with that statement, then maybe these will seal the deal. Nike plans on releasing a special pair of the Nike Dunk model, dubbed the Mamba Edition, which is Kobe’s nickname, as he is known as being deadly on the court, just like the Black Mamba snake. The toe area features a lasering design which displays a Mamba snake, while silver accents on the ankle area help draw even more attention to the shoe. As if Kobe Bryant didn’t have it all already, you can add another check to his checklist. Although he did not win an NBA championship this past season, he did win MVP, which was definitely overdue. He is also the spokeperson and athlete featured in the Nike Hyperdunk campaign, which is looking up to be one of Nike’s hottest shoes of all time, and now we have a preview of his next signature model, the Nike Zoom Kobe 4 (IV). They will feature flywire technology, a herringbone pattern outsole, and the use of lunar foam. We have three color schemes featured here, the first of which is due to release in January 2009. We first brought you news of Nike releasing an MVP edition of the Nike Zoom Kobe III (3) a couple of days ago, and here they are. They were created to pay tribute to the Los Angeles Lakers Superstar, who had a great regular season, and amazing playoff run which unfortunately ended in an NBA Finals lost. The shoes feature a White, Purple, and Varsity Maize color scheme, and will come specially packaged in a lasered acryllic case, along with an MVP t-shirt. They are limited to a few Asian countries, as well as select LA retailers including Proper. via SN.

Here we feature some special edition shoes, more specifically the Nike Zoom Kobe III SL LA Lakers MVP PE. Although the Lakers did lose the NBA Finals, Nike still decided to pay homage to one of the greatest to ever play the game. They feature a predominantly white colorway, along with Laker purple and gold accents.

The NYC House of Hoops released the Nike Air Zoom Hyperdunk Kobe PE this past Friday, and they went very fast, as only 24 were available. Twelve of this colorway and twelve of the Nike Hyperdunk Kobe Bryant PE - Black - Maize. Each pair came with a display case which included special manufacturing numbering as well as some technical specifications.

Here we feature the second colorway in the Kobe Bryant Hyperdunk PE, which is a team colorway, and features a black upper with gold and purple accents. They were recently released on May 23rd at the NYC House of Hoops, and only 24 pairs were available.
