New Greedy Genius Cool Breeze

Greedy Genius has definitely been stepping up their game as of late, releasing some hot colorways in some of their silhouettes, including the Cool Breeze, which has taken on plenty of fanatics. Recently released is this pair of Greedy Genius x Barneys New York Cool Breeze Blanca Negra, which features a black and white color scheme, hence the dubbed nickname, the Blanca Negra. If this model looks unfamiliar to any of you, it’s because the Cool Breeze is one of the Greedy Genius’ newer models. They feature a leather lace-up, along with a patent stripe, as well as black rubber outsole. They are now available with a retail price of $125.

Greedy Genius - The Year Of The Rat

As some of you may know, 2008 is the year of the rat, and Greedy Genius is welcoming it in, along with the upcoming Beijing Summer Olympics, and releasing this Cool Breeze model. It features an all red napa leather upper with gold contrast stitching, and a checkered interior lining. They are part of the the Greedy Genius Beach PRVLG Summer 2008 collection, and should be available at select retailers very soon.

Greedy Genius - Gym Class
Greedy Genius just introduced the first collection for the Fall 2007 season. Named Southwest Pack, the design team took inspirations from artworks by Native American tribes around the Southwest corner of the US. Radiant colorways and multiple leather patterns were used, including a very interesting “scratched aluminum” colorway, seen above. Some within the collection are based on new models introduced a few months back, such as Cool Breeze, Harbor Master, and Skips.
All are scheduled to release in the coming weeks at exclusive retailers with Greedy Genius account.

The Sneaker Pimps tour stopped by Atlanta this past Saturday (September 22nd). ATL sneaker lovers and people from other states enjoyed were on the scene. The Clipse and Mr. Bigg Time performed, and some other people we’ve never heard of. Sole Munki skate team along with other skaters did a demo, and several artist were on hand doing live installations. It was nice seeing fellow A-Town sneakerheads, and shout out to all the people I met. Overall the event was dope, but I’ll literally let the pics do the talking.

Barneys New York Greedy Genius Primo

Up for their fourth collabo is Barneys New York and Greedy Genius. This time around they use croc skin, star pattern, and yellow accents. They also feature a clear ice bottom. The “Croc Star” Primo will be limited edition, and will only be available at Barneys New York and Barneys Co-Op locations. Be on the look out for these to release at the beginning of September. Greedy Genius Red Chukka

Greedy Genius will introduce a new style this Fall. The Chukka will hit the scene in a variety of colors once they release. Complex reports on the red Chukka’s giving us a heads up on what to expect from Greedy Genius this upcoming season. They feature leather which resembles the Supreme Blazers, in other words good quality. These will be available this Fall at Greedy Genius accounts worldwide for $90.

Check out what Greedy Genius has planned for the month of August. They will release the Harbour Master, Phantom Sk8 Low, and regular Phantom sneaker. Each pair was inspired by the sailing life, and the colorways came from yachts Greedy Genius saw at Nantucket and the Hamptons. If you own a boat or live close to the sea you might want to think about adding these to your collection. If you’re hitting Miami this Summer or from 305 you will love this new Greedy Genius creation. They have designed a special “South Beach” Phantom for the hot Summer days. The colorway consist mainly of lime green and orange with ”South Beach” on the side with a palm tree background. These Phantoms release tomorrow (July 21st), ticket price $135.
