Not exactly the infrareds, but for some they are for sure close enough. The black, white, flint grey, and hot red sneakers will drop this holiday season to much anticipation. Of course many sneaker heads will be upset that either a – they are recreating the infrareds or b – that the changes made ruin the sneaker. I can’t wait to see them in person to make an opinion.

While other sneaker companies race to get their shoe prepared for black Friday Patta plays it cool while celebrating their fifth birthday. The sneaker retailer is releasing their special edition Air Max 1 on Saturday, November 28th. The corduroy kicks will add to the list of impressive collaboration with the Patta brand and store.

Our updates continue with this pair of Nike Air Max 95’s that we featured earlier this month. They consist of white mesh at the top of the upper, along with different shades of blue constructed from leather. The upper sits atop a dark midsole, which also sports Nike’s patented full length air sole unit. The shoe laces also sport an interesting black and white design. We just wanted to let you guys know that they have started hitting select accounts, including Footaction.

?uestlove from the mighty roots crew is teaming up with Nike, once again to follow up his famous Air Force 1 and celebrate the Air Max’s 20th birthday. No details yet on when the shoe will drop, probably 2010 but we are very excited as ?uestlove is a major sneaker head.

Nike Sportswear gives us another preview of a pair of kicks from their Spring 2010 Collection, named the Air Maxim 1 Torch. Loosely based on the AM 1, the material choice differs, as well as a lot of the details included in the design. Using a black sued upper, the torch comes in with the yellow additions on the Swoosh and lace holes. There is also the gray qulited lining, which sets the design apart from the rest. via High Snob

Do we have your attention yet? If anything seeing a golden Air Max 90 is enough to make you stop and look closer but the mysterious nature of the shoe gives it a further air of mystery. The shoe is rumored to either be a 20th anniversary joint or some kinda special friends and family release. Mmm, Air Max 1’s are always a sight for sore eyes. The East vs. West releases coming from the Nike Sportswear camp has tossed us a bone (pause?) by way of these delicious Baroque Brown AM1’s. The suede upper is met with military green mesh and a white midsole to provide the ultimate contrast and the black swoosh/lining just helps to ground the design. The DQM X Nike  Air Max Current Huarache Bacon’s finally started to get into stores last Friday, the shoes which feature the classic Bacon colorway first seen on the famous Air Max 90 drops for those who missed out the first time around. This is great as it gives fans a chance to get their hands on some Bacon’s without ever ruining the original Bacon’s legend.

We reported a couple of weeks ago that the Nike Zoom LeBron VII (7) series ‘Red Carpet’ NFW edition had been restocked, and now they are ready to fly off the shelves. Check out the recent pics provided by Sole Collector, showcasing one of the many loved features of the kicks; utilizing a woven side panel instead of the traditional Flywire. With the addition of the Z-Corp 3D resin, the kicks are definitely a one of a kind within the collection.

While this AML7 is a part of the collection, it clearly stands on it’s own using a multi faceted colorway instead of the traditional blacked out upper with little to no detailing. Check out the mudguard, midsole and Swoosh, which all feature bold white lines. The Flywire strands are dual colored, with gold showing up in the lace locks and outlines. via Flight Club

After 20 years, Nike continues to surprise us with their innovative takes on the Air Max 90s. This particular pair has been issued a Nike International’-branded midsole, which we can assume means a wide release. Done in an all metallic gold, opting for a smooth and polished finish as opposed to a glitter or flake. The laces match as well, done in a matte gold, with the tongue branding done in a tonal gold as well. Available at Osneaker

Check out the new Patta Air Max 1 collab kicks, being released under the Quickstrike name, featuring a sleek collection of materials and colors. Using corduroy, denim and suede to highlight the deep accents of blue, green and red, these kicks are definitely one of a kind. While no release date has been announced, MusicSkins has a few pics to keep us drooling.

It’s been six years since we have gotten our hands on a pair of these. Nike is releasing the Air Safari OG colorway on December 1st. While the shoes look very similar to the OGs there are small but noteable differences such as a redder panel and neon stitching.

The “SVSM” LBJ Ambassador has spawned a new variation of the Nike Air Force 25 low inspired by the same source. These have been seen already but kix-files has released them and given us new pictures to look at. The white based sneaker comes with a gold swoosh with green accents and a translucent sole.

This morning while checking out a video of Team Patta talking to Complex they showed a run down of the products that the brand has had a hand in producing and something very striking caught our attention and apparently a few other peoples too. Our friends over at Nicekicks noticed the same think that we did. These burgundy suede Air Max 1’s with a cool pastel outsole and a terry cloth like swoosh seen on the Jordan Phat 1’s. While the colors do scream Parra and not Patta apparently they are all down on the same team being that the video showcases some of Parra’s artwork. These are stunners and we are definitely lookin for more info on em right now. Via  Complex
