In 2008 Adidas celebrated the 25th Anniversary of the Adidas Forum High by releasing a metallic silver colorway in the classic model. This year marks the 60th Anniversary of Adidas and to celebrate, they will be releasing several exclusive models. The first is another pair of Adidas Forum High which also feature a predominantly silver colorway, but with blue and red accents. No word yet as to a specific release date but we’ll keep you guys updated.

Originally released back in 1983, the Adidas Forum Mid was always liked by fanatics, and seems to be a timeless classic. Besides being aesthetically pleasing, they were the most technologically sound basketball shoes of their time, a feature which has allowed them to remain afloat and at the forefront of Adidas’ arsenal. This year Adidas is celebrating their 60th birthday so expect to see some exclusive releases this year. Here we feature a few colorways in the classic Adidas Forum Mid. We posted earlier on one of the shoes from the Adidas x Vespa Footwear Collection for Spring 2009, and we now have more pictures of one of other shoes to premiere in this series. This is the Adidas x Vespa Scooter Shoe. As the name suggests, these shoes were created with people who own Vespa Scooters in mind. The Vespa model is a mid-top model with rounded details, it has a suede upper and gummy sole. The Vespa logo is lasered into the heel in silver and the midsole features a patterned fabric with both Adidas and Vespa logos. These shoes are perfect for a scooter ride through the countryside. With this being their 60th Anniversary, Adidas is scheduled to release lots of hot colorways in many of their popular models. Here we feature the Adidas Torsion Sleek which was originally released as a basketball shoe. These feature a bright color combination which consists of a predominantly white upper, matt azure patent leather, and red accents. While the Adidas Ecstasy Mid we just previewed was just for the ladies, the guys out there we be glad to hear that this pair is now available for purchase at Grip Footwear in limited quantities. Like the female version, the sport the same old skool look, with a large Adidas logo on the tongue as well as the word Adidas writtin across the back in large letters. They sport a black and silver colorway, while being constructed from a combination of smooth leather, nubuck, patent leather, and silver piping. If you’re not too sure about these, don’t worry as you will be seeing plenty of releases from Adidas this year as 2009 marks their 60th anniversary.

Available now at select Adidas accounts including Grip Footwear, this pair of Adidas Ecstasy High sport an old skool look along with a nice color palette. It seems as if they feature an old skool hip hop inspiration, with an old Adidas logo on the tongue as well as having the word written across the heel of the shoe in large white letters. They feature a black and white color combination along with different shades of pink used as accents. The shoe’s construction is a combination of leather, nylon, and nubuck. Oh yeah, did we forget to mention that they were created for the ladies……
