It feels like its been forever since we’ve posted up a new pair of Puma‘s but fear not fans they definitely have some things brewing. The last look we took was at the UNDFTD x Puma Clyde Snakeskin Pack and here is an all new Puma Sky II Hi+. The shoe looks a bit futuristic and features a fairly simple color blocking. With a light grey upper and seaport blue sole the luxurious looking shoe features gold tipped chunky velcro straps on its ankle. These are available now at select retailers including Size?

Available now at Puma accounts including SNS is this pair of Puma Basket Mid L. The mid-cut shoe is seen here sporting a white leather upper, and is contrasted with a vibrant ribbon red hue on the suede side logo. Puma branding is seen on the tongue tag, while gold lettering is seen below the eyestay. You can also check with your local Puma retailer for availability.

Undefeated x PUMA 2012 Spring/Summer Clyde Snakeskin Pack

The Puma Clyde was the pinnacle of fashion and function when it was rocked by none other than Walt Frazier back in the 1970s. Today, the model no longer makes it to the courts, but it is still a fashion icon with a deep history in the hip-hop community. For Spring/Summer 2012, Puma has updated the understated silhouette with a snakeskin logo and a leather upper. Seen here in red, midnight navy, and ice white, the model sits a top a white outsole and features tonal laces. The Puma Clyde Snakeskin Pack is set to hit UNDFTD and select boutiques in the coming weeks.

A few days ago we previewed the Puma Bluebird – Chillipepper / Gum, and today we see the low-top Puma silhouette once again, this time in a more subdued color combination. Releasing as part of Puma’s Spring 2012 collection, the shoe boasts a limestone grey suede upper, while black contrasts are visible on the leather side logos, heel tab, shoe laces, and tongue. This version of the Puma Bluebird has made its way to accounts including SNS.

Puma Clyde Script TC ‘Snorkel Blue’

Any sneakerhead worth their weight in boxes owns a pair of Puma Clydes. If you fall short of these qualifications this could be your chance to one up them all by copping a pair of these new Puma Clyde Script TC’s.

The sneaker’s name speaks of its rubber toe cap and the word Clyde on the side panel written in script. The shoe itself boasts a snorkel blue suede upper that looks super clean toggled against the white outsole and laces. To boot the sneakers are packaged in Puma’s Clever Little Bag for all you environmentalists out there.

Puma Bluebird – Chili Pepper / Gum

The other day we featured the Puma Basket – Chilli Pepper Red, and today we’ve come across a pair of Puma Bluebird that utilizes the same design. The silhouette made its way back to retailers last year, and will definitely make its presence felt in 2012.

This particular version features a chilli pepper red suede upper, which is contrasted with white on the shoe laces, tongue, inner lining, and logo. Finishing off the design is a gum rubber outsole. Find this pair now at Puma accounts including Sweden-based Sneakersnstuff.

Available now at Puma accounts including Tokyo-based mita is this pair of Puma SE Vulc, which is the vulcanized edition of the Puma Suede. It is the first colorway of 2012, and its sports a vibrant blue suede upper, which is contrasted with navy blue detailing on the side logo, shoe laces, heel, and inner lining. Are these better than the classic Puma Suede or does the vulcanized sole not really make a difference to you?

Puma Basket Classic City – Dark Denim / Ribbon Red

We just finished previewing the Puma Basket Classic – Chili Pepper Red, and now we’re getting a look at another version of the shoe, which, in case you didn’t know, was originally designed as a leather take on the Puma Clyde model.

This version takes on a dark blue leather upper, while touches of ribbon red are scattered throughout, including the tongue branding, Puma logo on the side, and illustrations on the inner sole. Finishing off the look are white contrasts. Find these now at dealers including SNS.

Puma Basket Classic – Chili Pepper Red

Available now at Puma retailers including Stockholm-based SNS is this pair of Puma Basket Classic. The 1971 – 1985 Basket was basically the leather version of the Puma Clyde and is a timeless classic on or off the basketball court, although today it is used more for casual wear.

This time around, the shoe sports a chili pepper red upper constructed from leather, while white contrasts are placed on the shoe laces, inner lining, side logo, and sole. What are your thoughts on these?

Puma Suede ‘Year of the Dragon’

The Year of the Dragon is upon us and as if Nike, New Balance and Converse celebrating wasn’t enough now Puma gets in on the act. The Puma Suede was chosen for their Year of the Dragon silhouette and while these images don’t fully do them justice it does give us a pretty good idea of what the brand has planned. The Puma Suede is given a scaled upper with a graphic lining to make it all complete. The sneaker is set to come with a matching T7 jacket and will be a limited edition release to select retailers. The PUMA Clyde marked the essence of both basketball and style back when it graced the feet of Walt “Clyde” Fraiser, and with a new touch-up, it look sto regain its position. Seen here with a newly added rubber toe box, the model is given a quick facelift as the model prepares for it re-introduction. Puma Suede Classic Eco – Palace Blue / Green Briar

Available now at Puma retailers including Cologne-based TGWO is this pair of Puma Suede Classic Eco. The “Eco” label refers to the fact that the shoe is constructed from recycled materials, and is environmentally friendly.

The version seen here sports a palace blue suede upper contrasted with touches of green on the inner lining and side logo, while white makes its way onto the shoe laces and sole. Finishing off the look are touches of metallic gold on the side and tongue brandings. As we mentioned, you can scoop this Eco version of the Puma Suede Classic now at accounts.

Puma “Made in Japan” Suede Mid – Upcoming Colorways

Back in 2010, Puma released the Suede Low “Made in Japan” collection, which did very well. Now we’re getting a look at two high-top versions of the Puma Suede that are actually a continuation of that series.

Both are built from suede, and feature white contrasts on the tongue branding, inner lining, and sole, as well as metallic gold lettering along the sides. They come in choice of navy blue or burgundy, both of which are slated to hit shops including Tokyo-based mita on January 21, 2012 in limited numbers.

The Shadow Society x Puma collaboration may have drawn a bit of excess interest and models like the Puma Suede Mid GTX Classics WTR may have drawn inspiration but nothing beats the original Puma Suede Classic. The shoe is back once again in an all new inspired colorway that is sure to create a few new fans.

This time we see the silhouette with a suede chili pepper flavored upper and forever blue accents on the lining and stripe. The b-boy classic gets a bit more contrast tossed into the mix courtesy of the white laces and white outsole that give them that distinct nostalgic flavor that we fell in love with in the 80′s. Look for them to be at select retailers now.

Puma Disc Blaze LTWT Spring 2012

If you are a fan of the avant-garde and progressive then you probably own a pair of Puma Disc Blaze LTWT’s. The sneaker with the quirky lacing system is set to come back in the new year in a few new colorways that will certainly set the bar with three new white based designs. Be it pink, turquoise or blue the model is definitely looking good and we are expecting it to make as big of a splash as ever this coming Spring when it hits the select retailers that carry it. What do you guys think of its new look?
