They sport a royal blue upper constructed from premium materials, as well as a simple white sole which gives the shoe that classic look. Although Nike has been the front runner in Olympic inspired footwear, other companies have also jumped in on the action. Take for instance Clarks, which has always been famous for their Wallabees. Here we feature the iconic Wallabee model which has been given the Olympic treatment. One features a solid gold upper along with black trim and a rubber sole while the other sports a silver colorway and black patent leather trim. We simply felt the need to report on the Visvim Fall/Winter 2008 Christo because they feature such an interesting design. They look like something you would wear after surgery or simply put, they look like hospital slippers. They feature a nice navy blue and white colorway along with a detailed checkered pattern. It seems as if a lot of companies are using the idea of the elephant print as a ploy to sell more sneakers because the concept is so popular now among fanatics. The up and coming brand Creative Recreation has recently gotten together with the high end fashion franchise Barney’s to collaborate on Italian made designs which feature premium materials which will be available next Spring. We decided to showcase some new stlyes and colorways from Creative Recreations, which is an upcoming brand in the shoe game. Their July line-up consists of hot designs in both men’s and women’s styles, which use a variety of colors, materials, and patterns. Some shoes included are the Cesario, Cesario Low, Rocco, Ponti, and Luciano. They are now available at select retailers including District Footwear.

The pair of shoes featured here are a collaboration between Colette and Onitsuka Tiger. They feature a white and grey upper surrouned by stars, as well blue accents. The design seen here is quite similar to that of the Oakley Forgskins, which was also a collaboration with Colette.
