When rumors started to float around about the Air Jordan 1 (I) Old Love / New Love - Beginning Moments Package (BMP) and the Defining Moments Package which included:

• Air Jordan 6 (VI) Retro - Black / Metallic Gold - Defining Moments Package (DMP)
• Air Jordan 11 (XI) Retro - Defining Moments Package (DMP) - White / Metallic Gold - Black

there was another pair mentioned, yet never appeared. It was the Defining Moments Converse Pro Leather Jordan Edition which to this day is an unreleased sample. Michael Jordan wore these during his times in the NCAA with the University of North Carlina (UNC) Tarheels. This Converse Jordan was meant to signify where it all started, specifically with his game winning last second NCAA Championship winning shot. When the Defining Moments Package finally released, the rumored Converse Jordan was nowhere to be found, until now. They feature a white Leather upper and gold accents with a University Blue 23 and Last Second Shot-Man at the heel. These are extremely rare and are most likely never to hit retail store!

Here are some pictures of the highly anticipated collaboration between Converse and Fragment Design. The Chuck Taylor Lo model is used, and shown in an all red colorway. • “Wear a Sock Kid” tee;

All the apparels are all themed after Raw Dogs. Set to release April 5th at all United States UNDFTD stores and E-Store!

Converse seems to be at the head of this new “zipper on shoes” trend, which we first saw used by Christian Louboutin who first released a zipper sandal back in February 2008.They have just released a solid gold [colorway] in their Chuck Taylor model, which features a zipper at the back of the heel. As we all know, this year marks Converse’s 100th year anniversary, and they are releasing all kinds of dope kicks, and these kicks are another example. The One Star Low and Chuck Taylor High inspired by Curt Cobain are set to release sometime this Summer. Each shoe in the Converse Kurt Cobain Pack are based off of Cobain’s 2002 Book Journals, with writings all over the white Chuck Taylor model. As we all know, 2008 marks Converse’s 100th year anniversary. Besides bringing out crazy colorways in many of their main styles, they are also bringing back the Converse Skidgrip, which was originally introduced in 1940. They gave the sole a vintage look, by making it look used and worn. The colorway is remiscent of the upcoming Spring season, with its bright colorways. They are actually inspired by the American flag. They are now available at Shoe Planet.
