This shoe, designed with outdoor running in mind, has features similar to the early Adidas ZX running models. The upper is a combination of mesh Gore-Tex, leather, and nylon.It also feature the Torsion system in the mid-foot areas.  It was reissued in 2003 in its original blue/ yellow purple color.
