The Adidas Munchen, although similar in appearance to the Trimm- Trab, is still a unique shoe.  They both have the same polyurethane outsole, but the Munchen’s upper is made of a nylon mesh with a velour trim, and features a perforated toe box.  The velour trim on the laces is serrated to match the adidas stripes on the side panel. Production of these shoes were haulted in 1984-85, and shoe-heads have been searching for the Munchen ever since.
