Climacool technology was designed to keep the wearer’s feet both dry and cool, even on the hottest of summer days. The first shoe designed to reduce heat build up, the Climacool acts a ventilator, allowing air to pass through the upper, innersole and outsole. This arrangement causes a 360° cooling effect.
Located on the outsole is a mid-foot rib chassis with an air opening, which cools the foot from below.
Adidas released the Climacool in a wide range of colourways and even created a special Coca- Cola edition for the 2002 FIFA World Cup.
