Video: Carmelo Anthony’s Melo M8 launch in NYC

Last month, Carmelo Anthony and Jordan Brand put together a special event in New York to launch the Jordan Melo M8. The sneaker features Flywire on the upper with a new TPU heel counter, and a Max Air Unit in the heel. In addition to the performance aspects, the shoe features a slightly redesigned upper that adds subtleties to the already unique design. To display the style of the player and the shoe, Jordan Brand put together a special installation at Flight Lab 159 as well as a show on the Hudson River that highlighted the understated style and explosive performance of the sneaker.
