Vans OTW Alomar X Mr. Cartoon ( A Closer Look)

Earlier this month we previewed this Vans collaboration with Los Angeles-based tattoo artist Mr. Cartoon, and today we are examining them closely. The shoe of choice is the OTW Alomar, which features a navy blue upper constructed from full grain leather and nubuck. Customized embroidery is seen throughout, while he also customizes the tartan inner lining. Finishing off the look is the use of minimal gold hints on the contrast stitching. Rumor has it that they will drop sometime at the end of this month or beginning of November.
