There seems to be a duel going on between New Balance’s “Made in England” and “Made in USA” collections. Both continue to spew out some pretty nice designs, and the latest are these two colorways in the NB 574, which are part of the latter collection.
This two piece collection draws inspiration from the fictional American Folklore characters Paul Bunyan and his companion Babe the Blue Ox, hence the name of the pack.
The Paul Bunyan edition sports brown suede, along with cream-colored mesh, red accents, and a gum rubber sole. The Babe the Blue Ox pair blends blue, beige, and white hues, all the while sporting a suede / mesh build. Look for both now at shops including NYC-based West.
