    i feel if you want the Jordan IIIs with leather, go buy the OG pair or one of the other black and cement pairs they’ve released over the years

    i understand change, nubuck is good on some sneaker, but on the retro 3′s i think the leather on the upper just looks cleaner, i feel like if I’m going to pay top dollar for J’s give me the best material you can give me

    yes its blasphemy. I will NOT cop (even though these are one of the shoes I want in the fall) if they release in Nubuck.

    I think its good to try new things on Jordan’s because if you keep retroing the same shoe over and over again, it’s no longer special.  I think the nubuck is good and it is not such a drastic change that it is blaphemy.  Think of it this way, if you stick to the script you will never have had the YOTR shoes, Banned X, Jordan lows, the 2.0, and many more Jordans that we all love.

    I love innovation & change! personally, yes the IIIs look much better with leather, but fellas all n all relax, if they end up dropping in nubuck, then we can be mad 4 sher but until then it’s no worries, samples dont worry me. Anyway I think patent leather, suede are my fav materials, o wait.. haha but anyway I think if polyurathane, [like in foamposites] could b incorporiated in the JB lineup, that would be sick, can anyone picture a dirty copper XI???

    I’ve been buying Jordan’s since they first started making them (yes i’m old), but i think its a good new spin on a classic. The nubuck is just something that adds flavor to the line and keeps it fresh. Jordan purist? please, get serious!!. real purists enjoy the brand and evolution of it, not releasing the same old colorways every 5 years. If thats the case, i better not catch a so-called “purist” with any fusion in their collection.

    I think its just something new! But personally I think that it doesnt look bad at all! The leather on my 3 creased really easy and I think that Jordan Brand is aware of this and just wants to try something different with the 3′s. I actually hope that these are the 3′s that are realeasing in November instead of the the leather ones then I’ll have both pair! :)

    it’s like the metallic 5′s I like those with the nubuck upper they didn’t up and decide “oh let’s make the 5′s in leather ” or some other material why can’t they leave the III’s alone. And it’s got me wondering if nubuck is cheaper and JB is trying to make more of a profit off “Jordanheads” like me and most of you.

    New things aren’t always bad, as long as the quality stays top notch, its been falling off a bit as of late.
    I’ve been down with JB for almost 30 years and I like seeing of new ideas when it comes to colors, materials, tech, ect. 
    Don’t get so heated about a slight change that we might never get to cop.
