Nike SB Dunk High Reign In Blood "Limited Edition BP Pack"

Last week I was lucky enough to attend the launch of the Nike SB Dunk High “Reign In Blood” release at the Brooklyn Projects Flagship store on Melrose. While images of the shoes have been released online, we wanted to give you a detailed look at the shoes along with the limited edition insoles, plastic dust bags, and exclusive t-shirt.

As you can see in the images, the suede and leather on the upper is definitely premium and gives the Dunk High a very distinct look. Red is used sparingly and provides just the right amount of contrast to the tongue, Nike Swoosh, and midsole. Other details include the gum outsole and round laces. In addition the shoes came with a pair of red laces, dust bags, and a t-shirt. The dust bags are plastic and have a simulated “blood bag” appearance and keep the theme of “Reign In Blood” together. Finally, the folks at Brooklyn Projects folks added a special insole with the BP logo featuring the sword from the Slayer logo. They definitely paid attention to the details.

For those looking to grab a pair, you will have to wait until the end of June when the release to premium Nike SB retailers. However, you should be warned that the full release is limited to over 600 pairs, and it will not include the dust bags, special insoles, or t-shirt.
