Emmanuel Labor is at it again with a custom job that stand out from the rest. Using a Nike Air Penny 3 as his canvas, Emmanuel has quite literally transformed the model into an ode to Devastator. For those not up on their cartoon game, Devastator is the transformer from the second movie that was formed with all the construction equipment.
