When images of the Nike SB Dunk Low “Space Jam” hit the web, they caused quite a stir among both Jordan and SB fans. The mixing of the designs pulled at the heartstrings of Air Jordan 11 fans who wanted something in a lower cut, while giving SB fans something a little flashier than what they have come to expect. The initial release date was set for May, but that was pushed back to June, and we have just learned that it is getting pushed back to July.
Since it will be a while before you get a pair in your hands, I made a stop at a local shop that had a promo pair and gave them the Marilyn Monroe treatment. Thankfully, these had actually been broken in, so you have an idea of what they would look like after some usage. The gloss of the patent remained, despite the rough treatment they have received in on the ramp. I mean, they are skate shoes you know.
