Unlike tennis shoes, boots are often sent back to the factory or to a cobbler when the soles get worn out so that they can be repaired. After watching the craftsmanship and work that goes into this process, I kinda wish they could do this to sneaker. Some of you may enjoy walking around with a “yelllowed” sole to “prove” that your shoes are vintage, but I, on the other-hand, am not a fan. Imagine if you could take that vintage pair of sneaker you still have and have them re-soled so that you could actually wear them again. Imagine not being scared to rock those shoes with the translucent outsole, because if they get messed up, you could send them in to be repaired? We can dream right? Enjoy!
