For those familiar with Nike and Lance Armstrong’s collaboration on the LIVESTRONG philosophy, you are used to seeing the model limited to variants of varsity maize and black. However, the bonds of varsity maize and black have been broken, and today we get a look at a Nike WMNS Hyper II in a Green Apple/White-Dark Grey-Varsity Maize colorway.
Though varsity maize and black still managed to make it onto the sneaker, the impact is minimal and limited to the top eyelet and tongue. The upper proudly takes on its new green apple color over the flexible foam lattice. A Phylite midsole provides the necessary cushion, while a Nike Free outsole hands the rest. Other details include black on the mudguard and liner, leaving white on the outsole, Nike Swoosh, and laces. The LIVESTRONG x Nike WMNS Hyper II is now available at Nike’s online store for $85.
