Whatever Taka Hayashi touches automatically becomes gold, as seen here with the Spring 2011 Vans Sk-8 Hi. Three colorways encompass the Collection, with the first previewed back in early December. Now, we give you the remaining two – constructed from suede, canvas and leather.
With the Sk-8 being one of the blueprints of the Vans line, it took a special design hand to recreate the classic. Hayashi does a killer job with the shoe, adding panels of texture, layering and an adorned toe cap. Available in Navy, Honey and Black, you can find them at the tail end of the year from select Vans Vault retailers.
