Originally released in 1985, the RS1 was one of the first sneakers to include a technology element, housing a computer system that logs information about your recent run. After a few runs the secondary version was released, minus the computer. It was that model that has been brought back time and time again as a coveted favorite by both casual and serious runners.
Seen here in one of Puma’s favorite colorways, Black and Red, the RS1 sneakers are slated for release in the Spring. True to 80′s flair the RS1′s are done in a mix of suede and mesh with a Puma R-System sole. White is seen on both the side panel and toe box, as well as tongue and sole. With a straight forward design, the RS1 is perfect for training or casual wear.
