Set to make its debut next month here in Los Angles, we give you a look at the Li-Ning BRASSMONKEY “All-Star” 2011 for Evan Turner. With a name inspired by the Beastie Boys, the shoe looks to impact the footwear world just as the song forever changed hip-hop.
The model sits in a metallic silver upper that features contrasting black sections and detailing. A pudgy white outsole peeks from beneath the shoe, and provides a counter to the white laces. Look for Evan to rock these during the 2011 NBA All Star Rookie Challenge as well as the rest of the NBA season.
The BRASSMONKEY will be available in the near future at Li-Ning’s retail showroom in Portland, Li-NingUSA.com, and Eastbay.
