New Balance plans to do something special for those of you with Ivy League alma-maters. They are giving eight schools their own sneaker/boot hybrids that have the school colors woven throughout them.
This pair of New Balance H710 is done in homage to Princeton. The beige hiking sneaker is crafted of suede and ballistic nylon mesh to form a sort of neutral base. Golden D-rings coincide with the golden emblem on the tongue tag while a deep brown that is found on the midsole and tongue tag is repeated in the laces. The shoes are finished off with a rugged gum bottom that contrasts a lighter lining. No word on the exact release date on these but we will keep you posted.
