Rice High School in New York is one of the few lucky high schools that a custom basketball sneaker courtesy of Kobe Bryant. For their new season, they will rock the Nike Zoom Kobe VI in a special Black/Metallic Gold-Green colorway. The upper is a blend of black and metallic gold set over the reptilian style material. Green is used as an accent, and can be spotted over the outsole and the Nike Swoosh on the side panel. Other details include a metallic gold gradient on the heel cup, and the word “Rice” written on the medial ankle/heel panel. Look for these to drop in 2011
