A new hybrid collection of Air Jordan is set to be released during Spring 2011. This Air Jordan Prime 5 – Spring 2011 is actually a fusion of Air Jordan 1/Air Jordan Alpha 1 with Air Jordan 5.
The toe box, heel, and upper lace placket are taken from Air Jordan 5 along with a netting pattern on the mid panel. Otherwise the whole silhouette looks like the Air Jordan 1/Alpha 1. Features of both Jordan models have been clearly mimicked in this hybrid sneaker. The tongue looks to be made of 3M silver material while the whole sneaker is in a varsity red colorway with metallic silver accents.
The release date as well as more images of the sneaker isn’t available as of yet but we’ll definitely keep you posted.
