Sites like KicksOnFire and several others online have built their brand based on the integrity of providing not only up to date information but also trying to keep its readers alert of sites that may be preying on them. These predatory sites have existed for quite some time now and one thing that has kept them in business are consumers who either knowingly or unknowingly have supported the practice of buying fakes. The  Department of Homeland Security made its rounds this past weekend and ended up shutting down a handful of sites that violated their  rules. In its roundup 82 sites were shut down including 12 sites where fake shoes could be purchased. Below you will find a listing of those sites and chances are you weren’t shopping there anyway however it’s still good to be in the know.  via CK
