The Nike Air Griffey Max 1 White/Black-Sports Red-Metallic Silver is going to be a smash hit. There has been an overwhelming response to the shoe and there should be. When you line up a classic silhouette that has performed well at retail in any given colorway and pair it with a colorway that literally can not lose you have a recipe for infamy.

The colorway speaks to Griffey’s Cincinnati Reds days and does so very effectively with a heavy dose of Sport Red and equal portions of White and Black. Metallic silver comes in short supply however but that doesn’t daunt the design at all.
