Earlier this month we previewed the Air Royal Mid in a similarly all black upper, however, this time Nike has updated the model with a new material that freshens up the silhouette. Sporting the same mid-top design, the Air Royal Mid Patent Leather adopts a patent leather upper, which adds a natural shine to the design. Opting to only update the toe box and heel, Nike leaves the side panels in a matter black, forming an interesting back and forth on the shoe.
