At first glance, one may be impressed by the Flywire, patent leather, Nike Zoom sole, and the lightweight support that comes along with the Nike N7 Hyperdunk 2010. However, in what I like to call Beyond The Shoe, Nike has put together this Nike N7 as part of a program created to encourage the involvement of Native American and Aboriginal youth in sports.
From Nike:
The program is driven by Native American wisdom of the Seven Generations: In every deliberation, we must consider the impact of our decisions on the seventh generation. The ultimate goal of Nike N7 is to consider this impact and to help Native American and Aboriginal youth recognize their proud history and build on it for a triumphant future.
The model sits in an upper dominated by black and highlighted with a white Nike Swoosh. Other enhancements include cayman blue on the midsole near the forefoot as well as in the opening on the ankle. Final details include challenge red highlights around the ankle collar. The Nike N7 Hyperdunk 2010 Black/Cayman is available now at Nike.
