It is hard to think that about nine years ago, we almost lost Converse. Thanks to Nike, the brand has survived and continues to put out quality models. The most recent piece to come from the company sits the Converse Jack Purcell Hi in a new style to celebrate the shoe’s 5th year in existence. Sitting in a high top cut, the model features a zipper beneath the laces, adding a layer of cushion to the silhouette. Based in slub canvas, hairy suede, and a leather lining, the model give the consumer a quality experience. Seen here in Black and Milk, the Converse Jack Purcell Hi “Zipper” is limited to only 500 pairs in the US and will release later this month exclusively at Converse First String Accounts for $100.
