Looks like the ladies win again as the news just leaked that Vashtie Kola aka “Downtown’s Sweetheart” is behind one of the latest ladies Air Jordan releases. She got a chance to take a stab at the Air Jordan II Retro and the result is a Lavender/Deep Purple sneaker with hits of Metallic Silver strewn throughout.
This collaboration makes her the first woman to ever design a Jordan which is a very high honor. If you follow her work you would know that purple is one of her staples.
