Marc Newson and Nike released a shoe in 2004 named the Zvezdochka and its futuristic design was so ahead of the times that its rerelease is still virtually one of the most cutting edge shoes available.
With its pliable exoskeleton shell that houses interchangeable sock liners this shoe looks more like something you would see at a concept convention than a retail shelf. However the Nike Zvezdochka Transport releases today at Nike’s 21 Mercer location in very limited quantities. Word is the first release sold pretty fast so don’t expect this one to stay around either if you are interested. Via Freshnessmag
