Here we feature three colorways in the New Balance 710 Hiker, the hybrid shoe which continues to b a staple design of the New Balance collection. The shoe has roots in Lou Whittaker of Rainier Mountaineering Guide Service, who used the shoes for hiking and eventually came together with NB to create the New Balance Rainier, which is a mid cut shoe which is known to many as the predecessor to the 710.
