The Air Max 97′s design itself was inspired by the a race track. Its ringed upper represents the circular path one must take to win the gold so it makes perfect sense that the shoe would release with a metallic gold upper.
The shoe’s full grain leather upper is met with mesh for breathability while the metallic gold finish leaps off the shoe in a righteous burst. The Air Max outsole as gold columns embedded in the white cushioning making this one fantastic looking shoe. These are expected to be at retailers soon but for now they have certainly hit select stores early like WEST
