Exclusive to Japan, Vans has put together Medallion Pack for Fall 2010 in the SK8 Hi. The pack included both a black and brown colorway of the sneaker in a leather construction. The sneaker features wingtip accents in the toe area that bring out the texture in the leather as well as gold accents on the tongue. They are now available from ABC-Mart. via highsnobiety
