Nike Air’s Footscape Woven only comes around every so often and you can bet your bottom dollar that when it does its for a special occasion like the HTM version. The three man tag team of Hiroshi Fujiwara, Tinker Hatfield & Mark Smith all got together to design what is quite simply one of Nikes most comfortable shoes.
And keeping it simple they did, literally. A black woven upper is made of suede and synthetics to create a form fitting shoe that needs a foot to take proper shape. Small details like the HTM on the insole and tongue keep these from blending in with the crowd and definitely display a penchant for simplicity. Via Dunk
