When I first saw these, I wasn’t sure if they entire ankle section was slanted forward, or if the side zipper was forcing an optical illusion. To be honest, I still don’t know, but these new sneakers from Kris Van Assche’s footwear line have just hit select retailers. The model, known as the Alto Combo, sits in a predominately white upper the exception of the aforementioned blue zipper on the lateral side and a blue stripe on the medial side. The upper sits on top of a white rubber outsole that brings out the white in the leather and goat suede on the upper. They are available now at SSENSE.
