I don’t think I realized how many players were wearing Nike Air Max PE in the NBA. Just yesterday we had the PEs of Emeka Okafor, and today we have the PEs of his teammate, David West.

Both pairs of the PE sport the New Orleans Hornets’ colors well. The away version is based in black which is covered in patent leather. Teal makes its presence known on the tongue and on the side panel where the Flywire is housed. The actual Flywire, as well as the Nike Swoosh, outsole, and ankle piping, all sport the color purple. The Home version takes a similar approach and replace the black with white patent leather. Both pairs bare Nike branding on the heel as well as a full length 360 Air unit, and the words “D West” are printed on the tongue tag.
