This is the first time I have seen the adidas TS Heat check, and I think I like  it. It is not as bulky as the Commander and keeps a lower profile which I like. This particular model is(was) being worn by the Derrick Rose.

The shoe features a heat sensitive material on the lateral 3-Stripes which changes color when heated up. The shoe also sports double laces with allows the user to pop the tongue forward and string the laces through the lace lock centered on the tongue for a more casual look. As a second option, the user can push the tongue back and pop out a concealed material strip at the ankles to provide side lace loops for a tighter fit during play.

Not sure how i feel about the black to white gradient, I don’t think this shoe does D Rose justice

Level you’re an idiot, Nike only takes care of LeBron and Kobe.

And it’s a Summer shoe, like the Drop Top last season, so lighten up, his real performance shoes will be way better.

Looks like D Rose took inspiration from the Jordan 6 model with the tongue and lace lock similarities.

What most people need to realize is that adidas is more function over form. They’re primary concern is making comfortable shoes that work well for the athlete, not how cool the shoe looks. I play ball and stopped wearing nikes in favor of adidas a long time ago because adidas 9 times out of 10 are more comfortable. My friends have played ball in the Kobes and the Lebrons and from what they say, the latest Lebrons have no grip and the Kobe V’s are light and pretty responsive, but they will only last you have a season if you’re playing a lot. Now if you just want kicks to wear in the street, go with Nike, but if you want comfy shoes to hoop in, go with adidas.

Man adidas has nothing on NIke for real for real Nike comes out with the best shoes not only for comfort but looks. look at the athletes nike has and look at adidas’ athletes. If nike was so bad why do they have the top athletes in the game. Okay Ill give you Dwight howard, josh smith, chauncey and kg okay look at nike lebron kobe nate the great vince carter mo williams tyreke evans paul pierce dirk steve nash and im not even gonna get into the jordan brand which counts as nike because its the same damn thing

SMH, Nike produces shoes for kids, and fans, for real athletes Nike’s just don’t perform, or hold up, unless you got a shoe deal, so you can (like most NBA players) use 1 pair per game.

And Nike spends so much more money, buying those endorsements, that’s what it’s about son, $$$. Doesn’t say anything about the quality of the sneakers, if that mattered, Converse would still be the biggest basketball brand around.
