It is always nice to see a fresh pair of Air Force 1s hit the internet, and today we get a pair from 2007. Dubbed the Nike Air Force 1 ‘07, they are set to hit store shelves in August.
Dressed in a black/black/varsity red colorway, the ’07 is a modified version of the popular 25th anniversary AF1. The upper of the shoe is constructed of a mix of pebbled leather and patent leather in all black. Patent takes the reigns when it comes to the toe box, lace stays, Nike Swoosh, and heel tab, while the pebbled leather holds down the rest. As far as color goes, Nike used it sparingly and only adds red on the branding on the tongue and outsole. Nike also improved on the fit of the sneaker and added a lace debray with “82″, the year the AF1 was released, on it.
