When throwing studs on a pair of sneakers, it has to be done right. We have seen studs here a few times, and sometimes it is great, and others not so much. Today the web has been generous enough to give us a look at the Fall/Winter 2010 Y-3 Honja Studs Pack.
Seen in both a high and low top version, the Honja Studs Pack is not your usual sneaker fair. Both models are decorated with square shaped studs over either the mid-panel, or the heel. Material wise, the uppers are composed of a premium leather and sit upon a thin grey sole. It is nice to see a major brand like adidas dipping its toe in more high fashion design oriented waters. Look for these to release later this year.
